Executive / Business Coaching

Getting into a higher position?
New manager on board at the company?
Senior member at the company and close to retirement?
Want to avoid burnout?
Unmanageable situations are happening day after day?
Loose leadership skills?

In all situations there is a need for a new attitude, new structure, new goals and a change in communication. Coaching is also especially useful when the company can not operate smoothly because of one particular individual. In cases like this there is no problem with professional skills but more likely with cooperative skills. Or there are problems with a professional’s attitude, personality or there are other issues concerning his/her consciousness  or social skills.

The coach inspires and supports a leader to become more successful, powerful and efficient. The coachee discovers the client’s inner dilemmas and finds solution with professional guiding to find the truth in confident, safe and honest environment.

The good coach motivates, supports the leader to establish his/her own personal brand. Helps to find and develop more effective and less stressful working methods, what can help in long run to reduce the chances of burnout.

Coach and coachee develops together an objective valuation of staff and the working processes.

There are many areas, where we can improve and grow together for example: leadership problem solving, communication, presentation, delegation, emotional intelligence, time management, and much-much more, pretty much anything regarding leadership tools and skills also progressive development.

Keys to success in coaching

Exclusiveness:
the coach is the trainer and the ‘coachee’ is the one being trained. These two work together. The ‘coachee’ can explain the ideas that the new task generated in his or her mind and the coach can make these thoughts conscious. The coach will become a supportive partner for the ‘coachee’ in his profession.

Honesty:
The coach is there to help the ‘coachee’ without having any other interests. His only goal to make the ‘coachee’ more successful. The coach accepts the ‘coachee’. The coach is there to help the ‘coachee’s improve.

Individualized:
during the entire time the coach understands the ‘coachee’ and guides him or her with his experience.

Performance oriented:
A coaching program is usually 2-4 months and includes 10-12 sessions. During this period the coach and the ‘coachee’ work on certain topics and tasks that were decided in the beginning of the session. This promotes better performance and allows partners to track improvements.

Creativity:
with the help of the tasks and problems the coach awakens and strengthens the “coachee’s creativity, which will be seen in the coachee’s work.

Goal oriented:
The coach and the ‘coachee’ are both concentrating on practical implementation. After solving problems in theory they create an action plan. First the ‘coachee’ tries this plan out then they analyze it with the coach.
