What does this mean?
The participants from the first moments of the training can find themselves in a strange, but interesting, exciting situations and "out of the comfort zone" environment. Everyone will have his/her individual role; in that role's framework participants are thinking and acting during the training course. However, individual responsibility is also given to them, because without their active participation the team's goal cannot be not achieved. In addition to the role play, the participants are enriched with experiences permanently. The dramatic training offers unique situations to experience, from which participants do not want to get out of, but in order to maintain their position, they should give the best of their knowledge in their chosen role. So training is mostly learning by experience.
